How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Australia takes 5-10 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary and may take 10-15 business days or longer due to potential delays.
Can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Free international shipping is available on orders over $100.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Do you accept returns for change of mind?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
Who covers the cost of return postage?
Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

You can cleanse your crystals using sage, moonlight, or saltwater (ensure your crystal is water-safe).
Are the crystals natural?

Can I gift the Goddess Box directly to someone?
Absolutely! All our sets come beautifully packaged and ready to gift.

Where do I add notes for the receiver?
Once you click on your cart, a pop-up box will appear where you can add a personalised message. If you’d like the product sent directly to the recipient, please include their full name and address in this section as well.
I want to add extra items to my gift. Is this possible?
Absolutely! Unless otherwise stated in the special notes, we will pack all the items ordered together in one beautiful package.
