Inspect your order
Please check your items upon receipt. If you find a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at info@goddessbox.com.au within 14 business days, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Return process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, we’ll issue a credit note or send a replacement product. Please allow some time for processing and posting the new item.
Postage costs
Customers are responsible for return and exchange postage costs unless the product is deemed faulty. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Important notes
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. However, we strive to ensure all products meet your expectations.
